Louisa Link
Louisa Link has a wealth of experience in marketing research and account planning. Prior to forming Consumer Link in 1997, she contributed research and strategy in the advertising industry for 10 years at the firms Foote, Cone & Belding, Hill, Holliday and D'Arcy. At these agencies, she advised worldwide accounts and was instrumental in launching various brands including Infiniti Motor Corporation and gmbuypower.com.
Dedicated to helping clients enter the consumer's world, Louisa developed WholeView Researchâ„¢, a unique method that takes place in the respondent's environment. Clients appreciate the calm, upbeat approach Louisa applies to each study. As a moderator, she has a style that is inclusive and penetrating without being intrusive.
Louisa has a Bachelor of Arts from BYU and a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Yorkville University. Her thesis focused on "The Viewer's Response Theory." Louisa serves clients throughout the US, her native country Canada and Europe. She relates to the busy lives consumers lead as she is a mother of two, an avid exerciser and a volunteer in several children’s organizations.
Francesca Runza
Francesca Runza has 19 years experience in marketing research and account planning from the client, agency and supplier perspectives. She has been moderating for 16 years. Her marketing research skills were developed at Weitzman Research and California Federal Bank where she conducted customer satisfaction, product development and tracking studies. Francesca held research and planning positions at Hill, Holliday, J. Walter Thompson Specialized Communications, Saatchi & Saatchi and Conill Advertising where she focused on strategic and creative development, corporate image, brand tracking and ethnographic research in the general and Hispanic markets. Her clients include the automotive, health care, financial services and packaged goods industries.
Francesca's style is warm and enthusiastic. Her sense of humor and genuineness encourages open and dynamic discussions in groups or one-on-one environments.
Francesca has a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University. Her training and experience as a certified chef provides a unique contribution towards food, beverage and packaged goods research. Her work as a producer and correspondent for a local radio show has trained her to find the story within every project.
